Terms of Service
Hello from GM Yamaha LLC. Accessing our expert services, making bookings, or navigating our site implies your consent to these Terms of Service. These rules form a binding contract between you and GM Yamaha LLC. If these rules are not acceptable to you, kindly refrain from using our platform.
1. Booking Procedures
GM Yamaha LLC offers specialized bike maintenance, diagnostics, and advice. A digital booking is an initial inquiry and is only finalized once our team confirms it via email or text. We maintain the right to deny service for vehicles that appear hazardous or fall outside of our specialized technical capabilities for bikes.
2. Costs, Payments, and Returns
Job quotes may vary depending on part availability and the specific state of your motorcycle. Total payment is required once the work is finished. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the slot might incur charges. Decisions regarding part returns or labor credits are made individually and remain entirely at our mechanical shop's professional discretion.
3. SMS Notification
By sharing your mobile details, you agree to receive texts from GM Yamaha LLC regarding schedule alerts, project updates, and periodic promotional materials. Frequency of messaging is based on your service demand. Standard carrier rates may apply. Opt-out by replying STOP at any moment. For further help, reply HELP. Joining our text list is optional and never required to complete any of your purchases with us.
4. Expectations for Clients
Clients must provide valid contact details and confirm they are the lawful owner of the mobile number provided. You are solely responsible for checking your bike's condition and ensuring it is safe to ride on the road after any mechanical work is executed by GM Yamaha LLC staff.
5. Warranty Exclusions and Liability
GM Yamaha LLC performs all tasks with professional diligence. Within legal limits, GM Yamaha LLC won't be held accountable for any secondary or accidental damages resulting from our work. We do not offer local warranties on components produced by external suppliers; those specific claims must be directed to the original hardware manufacturer directly.
6. Jurisdictions
These legal terms and any potential disagreements involving GM Yamaha LLC will be managed and interpreted under California state law. This applies regardless of any conflicting legal principles that might exist in other geographical regions.
